Private: small garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Terrace, garden furniture, parking at the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Cividale del Friuli" 1.2 km, sandy beach "Grado" 60 km, shingle beach "Fiume Natisone" 2.6 km. Hiking paths: Camino Celeste 2 km.
3-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with 1 bed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with bath/bidet/WC.
