Panorama Holiday Apartment Nero
A stone staircase leads from the car park down to the house. On the right side you enter the lake-side holiday flat.
The balcony has a panoramic lake and mountain view and is equipped with a dining table and chairs.
Above the house is a large hillside garden for communal use with panoramic views. Deckchairs are available here for you to relax and enjoy the sun.
The gallery holiday flat is located in a new house in the picturesque mountain village of Montemezzo, high above Gera Lario on Lake Como. The house currently consists of two holiday flats.
You enter the holiday flat from the side via a terrace. The living room is open plan and has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with lake and mountain views, a comfortable sofa and a TV. To the front, facing the lake, you have access to your own balcony.
On the same level you will also find the bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. A staircase leads you up to the sleeping gallery, where you will find a comfortable double bed.
The flat is flooded with light and furnished in a modern style.
There are shallow beaches nearby along the Mera River and in Gera Lario, which are especially suitable for families and water sports enthusiasts.
There you will find children's playgrounds, boat rentals, surfing and sailing schools, canoe rentals, tennis courts and bowling alleys.
The Monolocale holiday home is the perfect starting point to explore the beautiful surroundings of Lake Como. You can go hiking in the surrounding mountains, visit the historic villages around the lake or simply enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. After an eventful day, you can relax on the terrace and admire the sunset over the lake.
The house with its two flats is also ideal for two couples who want to spend their holidays together and still enjoy privacy.
Above the property on the street there is a parking space for your vehicle. A stone staircase leads down to the house.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung, jedoch im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren im August dort. Die Wohnung verfügt über keinerlei Verschattung oder Klimaanlage/ Ventilator. Durch die Ausrichtung knallt die Sonne den ganzen Tag auf die Wohnung und heizt sich dermaßen auf das sie einen Backofen gleicht. Schlafen auf der Empore ging nicht. Wir mussten unten auf dem Schlafsofa nächtigen. Schlafen war hier keine Erholung. Auch der schöne Balkon hatte keinen Sonnenschirm.Wir konnten hier nur abends sitzen, wenn die Sonne hinter dem Berg verschwand. Der Garten zur freien Nutzung entpuppte sich als Steilhang. Der Versuch die Liegestühle dort aufzustellen scheiterte. Ein Fernseher hängt an der Wand. TV Programme gab es aber nicht.
Für das Geld erwartet man das abgeliefert wird.

Die Wohnung ist nagelneu und modern eingerichtet, der Blick auf den Comer See wunderschön. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, wir kamen auch zu viert zurecht, da man sich im Sommer sowieso viel draußen aufhält. Der Kontakt mit unserer Vermieterin Claudia war sehr herzlich, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Vielen Dank für wunderschöne Tage am Comer See.
