It’s even better when you can share that perfect holiday vibe: The “SeeBlick” holiday home, with approximately 170 m² of living space, offers plenty of privacy for holidays with family or friends.


The bright and spacious living area on the ground floor, featuring plenty of seating and a large TV, invites you to relax. A traditional Bavarian-style tiled stove provides cosy warmth. The wood panelling accentuates the Alpine character of the dining area with its bay window, which is visually separated from the living area by the tiled stove. Everyone is sure to find their own quiet retreat here. The kitchen is the perfect place to spoil your loved ones with regional delicacies and then relax and wind down after a fulfilling day on the large terrace and in the garden. The terrace and garden are accessible from the living area. Two garden sofas invite you to relax amidst nature with a beautiful view of Lake Chiemsee.


On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, sofa, and en suite bathroom, which is equipped with a sink, shower, and toilet. Separately on this floor is another double bedroom with a TV and sofa, which features a balcony and enhances your holiday experience with its views of nature and Lake Chiemsee. The connecting room in this area features a bunk bed (bottom bunk 110x200, top bunk 80x200), which is sure to appeal to more than just children. Slatted doors can be used to partition off the bunk bed. The adjacent small bathroom features a double sink and a toilet. In addition to the shower and toilet in the basement, there is another toilet on the ground floor. The spacious wellness area in the basement, complete with a hot tub, sauna, and wellness island, offers additional relaxation. This room is complemented by a shower and toilet. A washing machine is also available in the basement. The large entry lobby and dining room round out this holiday home.

A linen package is provided free of charge for your stay and includes all bed linens, 2 tea towels, a bath mat, and two shower towels and one regular towel per person. There is space for up to two cars right in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included.
This is a smoke-free property. Up to two dogs are welcome—a fee of 15 euros per night per dog applies.
