Our home is a flat 1-mile stroll to Five Points restaurants and 2 miles to Sanford Stadium, so you can walk or scooter to campus, then return to a quiet residential street. The home sleeps 8 comfortably with two king suites, two queen bedrooms, two living spaces, a full dining room, stocked cook’s kitchen, and a coffee bar with drip, French press, and pour-over options.

Our home is right off of West Lake Drive and Lumpkin St, an easy walk to Five Points restaurants and just beyond, is UGA and the stadium.
The first floor features a primary suite with a king bed and bathroom, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a spacious kitchen, and a half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked as we also love to cook. There are several coffee makers.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms. One is another primary suite bedroom (king bed) with a bathroom, and the other two are spacious rooms with queen beds. There is also another bathroom upstairs. We sleep 8 very comfortably.

Guest access Guests have private access to the entire main house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor areas shown in the listing. We keep the garage and a few owner closets locked. A separate lower-level apartment has its own private entrance and does not share any interior doors, hallways, or living spaces with the main home.
This is our full-time home, thoughtfully prepared and fully vacated for your stay. We ask guests to treat the home and our quiet neighborhood with care.
Other things to note The driveway is shared and has room for 3–4 cars. Please tell us how many cars you are bringing so we can make parking easy.
This is my full-time home, and I live here with my pets and family. This is not an investment property. I require guests have positive reviews to book my place.
Because it is a real home, the kitchen is truly stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the living spaces are set up for gathering. We ask guests to treat the home and quiet neighborhood with care.
Exterior security cameras are located at the entrance/doorbell only. There are no interior cameras.
