The Space

ShazVille is a spacious, clean, and cozy 3,494-square-foot home thoughtfully furnished with high-quality furniture and elegant décor.

The home features a luxurious master bedroom suite with a California King bed, private attached bathroom, and a spacious sunroom with beautiful roof panels. Your private room offers a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, complete with uniquely crafted soft pillows and a premium Serta Macy’s mattress to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Common areas outside your private rooms are shared with the homeowners, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Guest Access:

Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary morning coffee and a light cereal breakfast.
You will have access to the following shared spaces:
• Fully equipped kitchen available. Please note that cooking is allowed only with the owner's prior approval.
• Spacious sunroom
• The office and two private rooms, living room, Dining room reserved for the homeowner are not accessible to guests.
• Quite Hours from 11pm to 7am
• Keyless Entry
• Property Equipped with outside Ring Security Cameras
• Key less Entry, Master room and other room has keyless entries as well.
• Self-checking with Keypad

House Rules:

No Shoes Indoors. For everyone's comfort and to help keep the house clean, all guests must remove their shoes in the hallway immediately upon entering the house.

No shoes are allowed in the following areas:

• Carpeted areas
• Kitchen
• Hallway
• Sunroom
• Both bedrooms

Note: Guests are not permitted to use other area of the house including Powder Restroom, Living Room, dining room and sitting area.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

No Loitering: Sitting or gathering outside the porch is not permitted.
