The holiday rental is located right on the beach/boardwalk and features a terrace with a view of the sea. Here, you can leave your daily routine behind and enjoy the sound of the waves from your terrace.<br>(The 3rd and 4th guests will be charged an additional fee of €15 per night each).<br><br>　<br><br>The 50 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Strandburg on Fehmarn’s South Beach. You have the option to book our holiday apartment 02 “Strandnest 1” in combination; these two apartments can be connected via a connecting door if desired.<br>　<br>The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi), provided by a third-party provider.<br>The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a heated towel rack.<br><br>　<br><br>The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished. It features a comfortable sleeper sofa (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. <br>A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. <br>Of course, there is plenty of dishes and silverware available. Please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided.<br><br>　<br><br>The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped, ensuring a pleasant showering experience. You’ll also find a hair dryer there. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.<br><br>　<br><br>The bedroom features two single beds (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe.<br>A travel cot with a mattress and a high chair are also available for the youngest guests.<br><br>From the living room, you step out onto the sunny terrace with a windbreak. You’re right by the sea and can listen to the sound of the waves and gaze out at the glistening ocean. In just a few steps, you’ll have your feet in the sand. Garden furniture is available for sunny afternoons and social evenings. You can also store your bicycles or surfboards on the terrace.<br>Right next to the apartment, in the same building, there is an ice cream shop and a bakery.<br><br>　<br>Please note: Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. Please also note that even apartments where pets are not permitted cannot be designated as suitable for people with allergies.　<br>　<br><br>The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. You’ll also be regularly updated on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are always happy to assist you.<br><br>You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.<br>Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.<br><br><br>Additional fees: Booking fee<br>For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged.
