A charming holiday rental in a central location—perfect for a family holiday! The 70 m² holiday rental is located on the left side of the ground floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 45b. The modernly furnished apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

The apartment features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms—one sleeping 2 people and the other 3—and 1 bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.

The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi provided by a third-party provider.

A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler seasons. (You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and fire starters if needed, though these can also be purchased at a nearby hardware store.)

The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and the children’s room has a bunk bed with a lower sleeping surface of 140x200 cm and an upper one of 90x200 cm. The children’s room also includes an additional flat-screen TV. A cot, a high chair, and a changing pad are available for the youngest guests.

A modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area is also at your disposal.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided).

The bathroom with shower is modern and comfortably appointed.

The underfloor heating and heated towel rack ensure a cosy, warm shower experience.

You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. One roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. An ironing board and iron are also available for your use.

From the living room, you step out onto the spacious south-facing terrace with a garden. Garden furniture, a lounge chair, a parasol, and a grill are at your disposal for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings.

The apartment includes a private, marked parking space.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.
Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be followed by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the applicable minimum rental period. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.

Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery. You can reach the Burgstaaken harbour on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor. At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for young and old alike, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few. If you’d like to experience first-hand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also offered at the harbour.
