Modern, beachfront holiday apartment on two levels in a low-traffic area close to city centre! The 75 m² holiday apartment is located on the left side of the upper floor of the building at Reiterkoppel 47b and spans two levels (upper floor and attic).

The modern and tastefully furnished apartment accommodates up to 6 people.

It features a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms (sleeping 2 and 3 people, respectively), and 1 bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.

A sixth person, as well as an additional guest room, can be booked for an extra charge of 10€ per day each.

The cosy living room features a comfortable corner sofa with a side chaise lounge and a wicker chair. A flat-screen TV and DVD player are also available. A collection of games and books is also available.
A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere during the cooler seasons (please bring your own seasoned firewood and firelighters if needed; these can also be purchased at the nearby hardware store).

The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a ceramic cooktop with range hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is plenty of dishes and silverware for everything (please bring dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.; 2 dishwasher tablets are provided).
The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. The bedroom also features a flat-screen TV and a radio alarm clock. The second bedroom in the attic is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). The guest room has a single bed measuring 90x200 cm. A cot, a high chair, and a changing pad are available for the youngest guests.
All bedrooms can be darkened with roller blinds.
The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped.

The underfloor heating and the towel warmer ensure a comfortably warm shower experience.
You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink. A roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay. An ironing board and iron are also available.

From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful balcony, where garden furniture and a grill are at your disposal.

Each apartment comes with its own parking space.


The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure you’ll never be bored and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable. We also regularly post updates on current events and excursion tips on our Facebook page. Our on-site staff are also always happy to assist you.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct connecting bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season: During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be immediately preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap in the applicable minimum rental period between two bookings. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.


Additional fees: Booking fee
For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy fee may be charged. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery. You can reach Burgstaaken Harbour on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor. At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as the Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few. If you’d like to experience first-hand how the fish ends up on your plate, fishing boat tours are also offered at the harbour.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand. Here, in addition to the FehMare water park and a white sandy beach with beach chairs, you’ll find a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.

From your holiday home, a roughly 15-minute walk along the pretty avenue with its old cobblestone pavement will take you to the centre of Burg. Here you can enjoy a hearty meal and shop to your heart’s content.
