Enjoy direct access to the Harris Chain of Lakes from this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath canal-front retreat. Bring your boat, dock it at the private boathouse, and spend your days enjoying the water before returning to relax by the pool.

Start your mornings on the screened-in patio with a cup of coffee and end your evenings taking in beautiful sunsets over the water. Guests are also welcome to park their cars or trailers on the adjacent lot near the lake.

Sleeping arrangements include:
•Bedroom 1: Queen size bed
•Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
•Bedroom 3: Queen size bed
•Additional sleeping: full sleeper sofa (blue loveseat)

**Please note: if you are wanting to use to boathouse, inquire about canal water levels as they fluctuate**

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

NO dishwasher - please wash all dishes before leaving & can leave them in the dry rack.

Pool company comes on Thursday - please leave pool screen door next to the pump UNLOCKED at all times.

No parties. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This neighborhood sold us on the sunsets & how peaceful it is. Facing the west, there aren’t many nights you don’t get a beautiful sunset. Walk down the road along the lake & take in the beautiful cypress trees.
