Would definitely recommend if you need a space that fits a good amount of people. We rented this house for our football weekend and it was close to Boone and fit everyone comfortably. Definitely agree with what the owners say about needed 4 wheel drive in the icy winter. But overall quiet location and great house. Great service and communication as well from the owners!

The rental was spacious for our large group. Sleeps as many as listed and has 3 full baths. The host was very quick to reply to any questions and helpful. We would definitely rent it again.
