The 80 m² apartment features a beautiful terrace with Mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture, a bright living room, a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with a large double bed, light solid wood and rattan furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. The apartment is perfect for 2 people. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private parking space are available.



Our apartment is just 3 km from the charming Lindau island and the stunning blue Lake Constance. From here, beautiful and romantic hiking and cycling trails with wonderful viewpoints lead to the lake and the idyllic countryside—perfect for cycling enthusiasts. By car or bus, you can easily reach Bregenz, the Pfänder, Switzerland, and many other attractions around Lake Constance and in the Allgäu region.



Only 100 meters away is the Lindau city bus stop, served every half hour, giving you quick and easy access to all parts of Lindau.



Good to know: Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. The apartment has steps, a higher bathtub, standard bed height, and a low daybed in the living room. It is not designed or equipped for seniors or guests with disabilities.
