Welcome to our Mediterranean-style holiday apartment in Ibiza style, just 3 km from Lindau and featuring a southern flair. The 80 m² apartment offers a spacious terrace with Mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture, a bright living room, a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with a large double bed, light solid wood and rattan furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate WC. The apartment is ideal for 2 guests and includes electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, dishwashing supplies, tea towels, bath and hand towels, bed linen, and satellite TV. A private parking space is available directly at the house.



Our apartment is located in the romantic green belt with ponds, forests, and moraine hills near Lindau, just 3 km from Lindau Island and Lake Constance. The Weissenberger See is 1.1 km away. Beautiful hiking and cycling trails with stunning viewpoints lead from here to Lake Constance and the idyllic countryside. Perfect for cyclists, hikers, and those seeking peace and relaxation.



With the guest card, you can use the air-conditioned city bus, which departs every half hour (2 minutes' walk away) to all Lindau districts, including the historic island, lakefront, and villa quarter. The bus connects with trains and surrounding bus lines.



By car, you can quickly reach Bregenz, the Pfänder, Switzerland with the Appenzeller region, and many other attractions around Lake Constance and the Allgäu. Travel times range from 20 to 60 minutes.

wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der großzügigen Wohnung.

Pros: Es ist an alles gedacht. die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem. Es gebt viel Stauraum. Es gibt viel Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Wechselhandtücher sind vorhanden. Die Parkmöglichkeit am HAus ist perfekt ebenso die Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Ruhige Lage ist angenehm. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art.

Eigen prive plekje bij host op het heem. Rustige ligging .

Pros: Het was een rustig plekje. Vlakbij de bushalte waar mee je van daaruit overal gratis naar toe kon om alles te ontdekken. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaren. Ruim appartement met eigen privé zitje buiten. Cons: We werden wakker gemaakt door de huiskat. Die bleef miauwen onder het slaapkamerraam tot we de deur open deden naar het huis waar hij woonde. Die zat aan ons aappartement vast.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung abseits des Trubels

Pros: Als Paar haben wir die erste Juniwoche dort verbracht. Da es anfangs noch etwas frisch war, wurde geheizt und die Wohnung war angenehm temperiert. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und das Notwendige wurde erklärt, gute Tipps wurden gegeben. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Vom Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer aus schaut man in einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die gesamte Wohnung war äußerst sauber. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Matratze im Doppelbett. Hier konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, obwohl Rückenprobleme haben. Wir haben das Auto auf dem Hof geparkt und haben von da an nur noch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos benutzt. Die Bodenseekarte haben wir gleich zu Beginn vom Vermieter erhalten. Die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreicht. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten am Wasser und das ganz ohne Parkplatzsuche. Wir kommen wieder! Cons: Hier gibt es nichts zu berichten.
