This simple shop home is the perfect home base for your trip to the Idaho Panhandle. Located in the trees of a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park and 20 to Farragut State Park. 40 to CDA or Sandpoint. Guests will enjoy a welcoming space featuring one cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a pleasant bathroom with a refreshing shower. The kids can sleep on the pullout queen couch. The apartment stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Need to do some laundry? No problem, we have that for you. Full kitchen and refrigerator offer the ability to stock up and have homecooked meals. Pans, dishes and utensils provided. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this amazing spot offers a peaceful retreat and a small hot tub after a day of adventure. High speed WIFi internet and television. Sip a warm cup of coffee in the trees and listen to the birds sing and the rooster crow. You’re sure to find fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Ample trailer parking and turn around.

Other features upon request are a play structure for the kids, walking trails through the woods, meet and greet the farm animals. Horse/livestock layover with panel stalls or pasture turn out and arena.

This is a working homestead. Close gates. A farm dog is onsite and free roaming and will likely greet you. We are still building, please excuse the some of the mess.

Absolutely no parties or gatherings (small weddings considered). Smoking onsite is strictly prohibited. Long stays welcome. The shop is a separate building from our home. We will likely come say hello, but otherwise leave you in peace.

No smoking anywhere on premises or private road. Keep main gate closed. Don’t let dog into house.

What a beautiful place and a lovely host. We stayed for two nights while attending a friend’s wedding in town. We had everything we needed and more! Host added little touches like a fresh sunflower and some drinks in the fridge! We were able to meet the family and all the animals too! The home is very clean and brand new. We also were given great tips on things to see on the area. Jess was quick to respond and very helpful.

LOVED IT!!! We (wife, 2 kids and myself) were looking for a place close to Silverwood Theme Park. We found this place and it was less than 5 miles away and it was so worth it! Jess and Brandon greeted us when we got there and they were very accommodating! They were friendly and full of local info on things to do. The place was very clean and had amenities opposed to other places we've stayed that were the just the bare minimum. It was quiet and peaceful out in the country just like we're use to at home! If you have a small group looking for something worth more than what you're thinking you'll get for the price, this is it! Stores and fuel stations are close by as well. Thank you guys so much and we'll be back next year!!!

Why they chose this property

We were hooked on this home when we drove up to a winter sunset over Lone Mountain. But we also loved the country road and quiet seclusion.

What makes this property unique

Our property has ample parking for big trailers, the ability to bring livestock and an apartment with all the amenities a person requires for a good nights sleep and launch point. Walking trails through the forest, a hot tub and games to play top off the newly built space.
