Luxurious villa in Roxborough Park

Welcome to a modern and cozy 4 bedroom house in Littleton with spectacular views of the foothills. There is plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. There are two family rooms, a large kitchen with room for everyone and plenty of outdoor space on two patios.

The first floor boasts a family room and bedroom with full bath. There is access to the backyard off of the first floor to enjoy the outdoors.

Second floor is your main gathering hub, consisting of your spacious fully stocked kitchen, living room and covered patio.

There are three bedrooms and two full baths located on the third floor with king and queen sized beds.

We are located close to Arrowhead Golf Course and Wedding Venue, Roxborough State Park and Chatfield Reservoir.

My wife and I got away for a few days and really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. We especially liked the location—we spent some time hiking at nearby Roxborough State Park, which was beautiful and very convenient to get to from the house. It was a relaxing getaway and the property had everything we needed. We had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.

This house could not have been more perfect for my family. The host was excellent and made sure that we had everything we needed and more. Every little detail was thought about. It was excellent for my multi generational family with there being one bedroom on the main level for my grandmother as well as a pack and play/crib along with some other baby gear for my 5 month old. We are already talking about when we can go back! The property was beautiful.
