The house has a true retreat feel, with wooded privacy, a covered front porch, an expansive wraparound deck, and multiple indoor spaces for gathering, reading, relaxing, dining, or watching a movie after a day outside.

The spacious primary suite is located on the second floor and offers privacy, a king bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan, AC, comfortable furnishings, storage, and peaceful wooded views. Two guest bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with crisp white bedding, fresh towels, warm wood details, AC and forest views.



The newly renovated kitchen features brand-new stainless appliances, an electric range, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, open shelving, generous counter space, and an open layout that flows into the dining and living areas. The dining table seats four guests, while the kitchen island offers seating for three more.



The main living area is bright and welcoming, with vaulted ceilings, large windows overlooking the forest, comfortable seating, wood walls, pine floors, and a brick hearth with electric stove. The electric stove and hearth add warmth and character to the space, making the home especially inviting for fall foliage weekends, ski trips, and cozy winter stays.



A second family room provides plenty of space to spread out and relax, featuring a large sectional sofa, additional comfortable chairs, area rugs, gas stove, books, games, and a Smart TV for streaming shows and movies. A second Smart TV is located in one of the first-floor guest bedrooms. Guests can log into their own streaming services during their stay.

The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
