The host was very communicative. We had an issue with our AC when we arrived but he was on it immediately & had a tech over the next morning. As stated the parking is tight, and it being in Chicago it is understood. We were able to park our car on the same street where the house was on but had to wake up at 7am to move it daily as there’s only permit parking under certain hours but the park right up the street has good spaces available on the side of it. Space itself was extremely clean & all the fun games really made it a good family getaway. Never once felt unsafe even though it’s almost a basement level place. There’s so many spots & a great cafe up the block that we visited on multiple times that was walking distance. Very convenient everywhere. Would recommend to anyone & would stay again if in the area again without hesitations.
