You’ll have access to a full kitchen with elegant granite countertop and stainless appliances, so you can whip up a feast for your whole family or an intimate dinner for two.

The location was perfect and my granddaughter loved the lazy river. There was a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The layout was comfortable and the rooms were large. Beyond that, I was disappointed The property was not well kept. The hallways were filthy when we arrived and were never swept the entire time we were there. The floors inside the unit had large scraps of paper and plastic on the floor. The master bathroom had major plaster issues on a large patch of the wall. The bedrooms had only one lamp in each. No overhead light at least in the guest room. When we checked in, i was surprised to find out that the check-on was across the street. The desk clerk helped us contact VRBO for acheck-in information. No one answered the VRBO phone call on the first several times. When we reached someone, I found out how to get into the room but the parking passes were missing so we had to go through more issues before we could finally park our car. I understand that the units are old but there is a need for a deep cleaning and replacing the cheap dressers and cofffee table. The couches and outdoor furniture had been replaced and were fine. So overall the location is great but the cleaning and maintenance are poor.
