On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. The heating can be used in the period from approx. 15 October to 15 April. The air conditioning can be used in the period from approx. 15 June to 25 August. Both are switched on at the hotel's discretion. This may depend on the weather conditions. The entrance leads directly in the living room/bedroom. This type of apartment is on each of the three sides of the building and has no view. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and instead of a double bed, two separate beds could be set up. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and instead of a shower there could be a bathtub.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and telephone. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

National category 4 stars, 62 accommodations, lobby, reception, internet (Wi-Fi) and laundrette. Free Wi-Fi up to 1 GB per day. The deposit must be paid in cash. The reception is open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and has a night porter at night.

Baveno. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a garden plot with flowers and trees. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted).

Air conditioning, central heating. Heating is available approximately from 15/10 to 15/04. Air conditioning is available approximately from 15/06 to 25/08. Both are switched on at the hotel’s discretion. This may depend on weather conditions. Internet access (Wi‑Fi) and telephone. Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (12 m x 25 m). Children’s pool. THE POOL PARK IS 2 KM FROM THE ACCOMMODATION. The pool is solar-heated and covered during the cold season. Access is always free for guests of the Carl&Do residence, and each apartment is provided with one parasol and two sun loungers. The adventure park consists of a series of water slides available to the residence’s guests. Each apartment has 30 free slides per stay during opening hours. Time restrictions apply. In addition, near the swimming pools there is an “adventure park” with suspension courses and panoramic views. All necessary information will be provided at reception upon check-in. Please note that a swimming cap is mandatory.
