Well-maintained and comfortable bungalow for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WiFi, in walking distance from the beach

The holiday accommodation Bohemian 38 "Nordseetraum" is a luxuriously furnished spacious holiday home, suitable for 6 people. The park is located at the foot of the dunes just 700 metres from the beach. By walking in the beautiful dune area, you can reach the lovely wide sandy beach in just 10 minutes.

Spacious living room with open kitchen
The living room has a nice seating area with a digital TV, DVD player. The floor is tiled with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a hood, microwave, oven, hob, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a spacious dining area for 6 people. Attached to the living room is a small conservatory, where you can enjoy the sun early in spring.

Three bedrooms
There are three bedrooms with two single beds in each room. There is plenty of wardrobe space. A cot is available for a baby.

Two bathrooms
On the ground floor is a bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. On the first floor is the second bathroom with shower and toilet.

Garden and terrace
There is an enclosed garden with terrace and barbecue. There are 6 garden chairs and a wagon.

Extra facilities
The house is of course equipped with free WIFI. A high chair is available. The car can be parked at the holiday home.
The entire house has central heating and there is a washing machine at your disposal. It is ideal for 2 small families!

Additional information

Changeover day for Bohemian 38 is Saturday. This house is only rented per week.

The holiday home is equipped for a maximum of 6 persons.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Es war ein nett eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinem Umschwung. Ausserdem konnten wir direkt beim Haus parkieren. Der Strand war ungefähr 30 Gehminuten entfernt und sehr schön. Sowohl am Strand als auch in den Dünen kann man wunderbare Spaziergänge machen und sich gut erholen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Der Bungalow ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlte es fast an NICHTS, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc. sind fast im Überfluss vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach ist sehr groß. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte gut nachdem wir sie mit Spülsalz und Klarspüler versorgt hatten. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Uns fehlte lediglich ein Flitscher mit Aufnehmer, um das Wasser nach dem Duschen vom Fußboden zu wischen. Das geht mit dem vorhandenen Besen nicht so gut. Die Schlafräume sind zwar klein und die Schränke etwas dürftig, aber es soll ja auch kein Daueraufenthalt sein. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut, die Bettwäsche hatten wir uns selbst mitgebracht. Negativ war, dass eine Zudecke von den Vorurlaubern in einem verschmutzten Zustand im Schrank versteckt wurde, was zunächst keinen guten Eindruck hinterließ. Schade, dass es immer wieder Urlauber gibt, die dieses Malheur, was immer mal passieren kann, nicht bei der Rezeption melden. Der Kontakt zur Rezeption verlief reibungslos, ein bereits vorhandener defekter Ventilator in dem oberen Duschraum wurde prompt ausgetauscht. Diese Unterkunft mit eigener Terrasse und Gartenanteil ist mit Kindern unbedingt zu empfehlen. Der Strand liegt fußläufig ca. 15 Min. entfernt. Die Bungalow-Anlage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig und gepflegt, was auch zu einem Wohlfühlerlebnis beiträgt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an die Rezeption, die sich sehr gut um alles kümmerte.
