Willkommen in unserer charmanten Unterkunft im Zentrum von Mannheim, nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die 40 qm große Wohnung ist der perfekte Rückzugsort in Mannheim für bis zu 7 Personen. Sie wurde 2023 neu mit stilvollen, modernen Möbel eingerichtet und ist voll ausgestattet für kurz-oder langfristige Aufenthalte. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Mannheim sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Macht es euch bei uns gemütlich!

Die Wohnung ist auf der 3. Etage. Diese könnt ihr bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichen. Ihr habt die ganze Unterkunft für euch, einschließlich:

- Highspeed Internet in allen Räumen
- Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Doppelbett (140x200cm), einem Schlafsofa, einem 50" Smart TV und einem Schreibtisch fürs HomeOffice/Lernen
- voll ausgestattete Küche mitunter mit Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mixer, Toaster, und Geschirr
- Essbereich mit Platz für bis zu 4 Personen
- Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine
- auf Nachfrage kann auch gerne ein Baby-/Kleinkindbett, Hochstuhl, Kindergeschirr und Kinderspielzeug bereitgestellt werden

Alles in allem ist unsere Wohnung gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass ihr euch während eurem Aufenthalt in Mannheim rundum wohlfühlen könnt. Sie ist durch ihre volle Ausstattung geeignet für sowohl Kurzzeit- als auch Langzeitaufenthalte.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Mannheimer Hauptbahnhof. Damit erreicht ihr alle Knotenpunkte Mannheims in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß:

Hauptbahnhof 4 Minuten
Mannheimer Einkaufsstraße "Planken" 8 Minuten
Paradeplatz 10 Minuten
Barockschloss Mannheim/Universität 12 Minuten

Es sind auch unzählige Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants, Bars fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Wenn ihr mal nicht länger laufen wollt, findet ihr an der Haltestelle "Hauptbahnhof" (4 Minuten) oder der Haltestelle "Tattersall" (1 Minute) verschiedene Straßenbahnlinien, mit denen ihr ganz Mannheim erkunden könnt und auch schnell z.B. zum Jungbusch, zum Luisenpark, zum Planetarium etc. kommt.

    Super convenient but you better like smoke and homeless

    I do not know if it was someone down stairs but everything was all about cigarette smoke. I could not stand that. It was especially strong in the bathroom and the kitchen. Was able to open the windows to get some relief. The great thing about the place is it is close to the train station and right next to the tram. Super convenient. But...with gambling spot next door there are always shady folks just hanging around there. Certainly not nice for a single woman.
