With 4 bedrooms, private garden, 2 balconies, parking and modern interior.

Perfectly located in St. Pauli, close to the harbor, the Reeperbahn and public transport.

As a cheerful Swiss family, we rent our spacious apartment during our vacation.

Enjoy the comfort, space and welcoming atmosphere our home offers. It is the perfect base from which to explore Hamburg and experience the vibrant life of the city.

Whether you want to explore the culture, the nightlife or the picturesque corners of Hamburg, our apartment is an ideal starting point. After an eventful day, you can relax in the cozy rooms, enjoy the view from one of the balconies or come to rest in your own garden.

Our townhouse is not only a place to stay, but also a place where you can experience the unique flair of St. Pauli up close. Experience the variety of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby or stroll along the Elbe and feel the energy of this vibrant city.

A special highlight: directly across from our apartment, the Beatles started their world career in the 1960s, and the musical spirit of this historic place can still be felt.

The house is optimally furnished for a family but also for groups. Parents' room and three children's rooms. Lots of toys (our children are 11, 13 and 14 years old), table tennis, piano, 65 inch TV, coffee maker, garden sitting area etc.

The house consists of three floors.
First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, garden sitting area, guest WC
Floor 1: parents room, balcony, children room 1, toilet with bath and shower
floor 2: children's room 2, children's room 3, balcony, toilet with bath and shower

The apartment is rather unsuitable for small children, as there are several unprotected stairs.

The entrance to the house is in a large, sheltered courtyard.

Ein tolles Platz für die grosse Familie

Wir waren mit PKW unterwegs. Die ersten "orientierungs" Stunden waren nicht einfach spät am Abend und im Dunkel: Taschen ausladen, Parkhaus finden, etc. Wenn mann schon weisst, wo und was, die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Nur am Freitag haben wir ein paar Feuerwerks gehöhrt. Edeka ist um die Ecke, U-bahn und Buss in 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Genug Platz für die Eltern und 4 Teens. Uns fehlte nur eine grosse Teekanne für Abendtee. Gerne zurück :)

Tolles Stadthaus, zentral und doch ruhig

Das Haus ist modern und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und wir waren als Familie ruckzuck in der U-Bahn. Die tatsächlich vorhandenen Bedenken bei der Lage nahe Reeperbahn haben sich in der Praxis als gegenstandslos erwiesen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war prompt und sehr nett. Fazit: Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wohnlich und komfortabel

Ideal für kleinere Gruppen, die nicht nur die Stadt besichtigen, sondern auch Zeit in der Unterkunft verbringen, gemeinsam kochen wollen etc. Die Lage nahe der Reeperbahn hatte uns kurz zögern lassen, aber das Haus liegt tatsächlich in einer ganz ruhigen, kleinen Oase und hat alles, was man braucht, um sich auch für mehrere Tage wohlzufühlen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen, geräumigen Wohnung mitten in St.Pauli. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, einfach und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung bietet auch für größere Gruppen ausreichend Platz und bietet sich durch die zentrale Lage perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Aktivitäten an. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz erleichtert die Anreise. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder nutzen.
