Spacious 4-room apartment, 7km from the city center in a rural district of Hamelin, located on an alternative route of the Weser cycle path on the other side of the Weser.
It's about a 10-minute drive to Hameln or Hessisch Oldendorf, and it takes about 25 minutes by bike on the well-developed bike paths.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family house. The large garden with ponds can be shared and invites you to relax and linger. Children have plenty of space to run around and play here.
The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with a bed (2x Queensize, 1x single bed), desk and storage space, as well as blackout pleated blinds and some also have blackout curtains.
The large living room offers enough space for sociable evenings with a sofa, wall unit, television and a small separate reading corner.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped including a dining area for 4 people.
In the bathroom you will find a toilet, bathtub, shower and washing machine, as well as enough storage space.
Cots (max. 2), high chairs and toys are available.
