In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the chalet "Aus Holz" offers you an excellent view of the Alps. The accommodation extends over two floors and includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request (available for an additional fee).



You also have access to a wellness area with sauna, shower and relaxation room (available for an additional fee). Please contact the host in advance for this.



The chalet features a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a covered terrace. Nearby highlights include the Eibsee and Geroldsee lakes, the mountains Wank, Zugspitze and Eckbauer, as well as numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. Two bedrooms are located near the wellness area in the basement. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.



Families with children are warmly welcome. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.



The accommodation offers step-free access. There are guidelines for correct waste separation, about which you will receive more information on site. Energy-saving lighting is available, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic systems.

Great house and host!

Beautiful chalet, wonderful amenities, close to town but not in a busy area! Only detractors were immediate vicinity to train tracks behind the property, and lack of simple appliance instructions for non-EU renters. Host is fantastic and very responsive!

Great home base for Zugpitzeland. Only downside is the train line immediately behind the house (windows negate most noise). Recommend a smaller rental car for the car port

Schönes Haus , sehr nette Gastgeberin

Pros: Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen . Es war alles sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war super freundlich . Während des Aufenthaltes bekamen wir noch einmal neue Handtücher und Geschirrtücher . Es war alles an Gewürzen da , über Alufolie , Frischhaltefolie und Backpapier , Cons: Die Bahnlinie die durch den Garten fährt und wirklich ständig hupt . Das oben keine Abdunklung ist und der Sichtschutz im Badezimmer zu niedrig ist . Und leider die Nachbarin die vorne wohnt ständig meckert bei Kleinigkeiten.

Super Holz Haus mit Wohlfühlambiente

Pros: Die gesamte Kommunikation war sehr gut, eine sehr runde Sache, top Gastgeber Frau Schönmoser, sie haben da eine echte Perle. Cons: da kann keine etwas zu die Bahnlinie hinten ist etwas nervig, aber so ist es.

Pros: Sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung (alles da, von der Seife über den Kaffee bis zur Spülmaschine und den warmen Kuscheldecken), tolles Ambiente/Einrichtung, schöne Beleuchtung, ruhige Lage, gute Betten, gemütliche Sofaecke (für Spielabende geeignet), riesiger Smart-TV im Wohnbereich, Smart-TV in fast allen Zimmern, 3 Bäder (alle mit WC, 2x mit Dusche, 1x Badewanne), Terrasse mit Tisch und bequemen Stühlen, Blick auf die Zugspitze Cons: Es fehlt: eine Uhr, mehr Licht in der Küche, Sichtschutz im Bad, Gardinen
