These Baltic Sea bungalows, each approximately 35 m² in size, are quietly located on the outskirts of town and at the edge of the forest. They were thoroughly renovated in 2009 and fully equipped with all modern amenities. The living room leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Adjacent to the living room is an open, well-equipped kitchen. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 cm wide), while the second has a bunk bed. Each bungalow has a covered, furnished patio and a lockable storage room. The living area stands out for its tasteful furnishings, including a sofa, table, and armchair, as well as a shelf with a TV and radio. The space is rounded out by a closet that can be used as a coat rack. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped, open kitchenette. A small, functionally furnished bathroom rounds out the bungalow. It features a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror cabinet and shelf. Your four-legged friend up to 40 cm in height is welcome to join you; larger pets require prior approval. Here, you can unwind in one of the 8 bungalows on a spacious property of approximately 2,200 square metres, situated in a peaceful setting. The grounds also feature a playground and a ping-pong table for your entertainment. The bungalows are equipped with heating to ensure comfort even on cooler days. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is one free parking space per bungalow. The garden is open for all guests to use. If you need laundry kits, a travel cot, or a high chair, you can add these to your booking for a fee. Please specify your needs during the booking process. The nearby Wolgastsee (only about a 3-minute walk away) offers opportunities for boating (boat rentals) and fishing. A swimming area is about 400 metres away. You can also explore Wolgastsee on foot via the hiking trails around the lake. Snack bars and restaurants are available to satisfy your appetite. In Korswandt, you’ll find a skate park, a golf course, various restaurants, and a bike rental service, among other amenities. The well-developed network of bike paths allows you to explore the beauty of the island of Usedom. A bike and hiking trail leads directly to the imperial spa town of Ahlbeck, located about 3 kilometres to the north. There, you can experience the hustle and bustle of the imperial spa towns or enjoy the sun on the fine sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea.
