Homestead - Near CLT - Work + Unwind - Farm Eggs

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, attached garage game room, multiple indoor workspaces, a dedicated outdoor workspace, and all outdoor amenities located within the fenced Homestead grounds. Enjoy the fire pit with complimentary firewood, outdoor grill, picnic area, lawn games, and multiple seating areas designed for relaxing, dining, or gathering with family and friends.

One of the unique features of Harmony Reserve Homestead is the surrounding open green space, where free-range chickens and grazing lambs roam naturally, on occasions the deer and bunnies visit. Guests are welcome to enjoy the peaceful scenery and observe the animals from a respectful distance as they graze throughout the property.

To help preserve the animals' well-being and maintain a safe environment for everyone, please respect the following:

Guests may enjoy all designated outdoor spaces within the fenced Homestead grounds.
Please do not enter the chicken enclosure or chicken house.
Please do not feed, pet, chase, or interact with the lambs or chickens.
Animal interaction experiences may be available by prior arrangement and require a signed liability waiver before participation.
Please help us preserve the animals' natural grazing environment by respecting all fenced or designated animal areas.

A separate private living space is located at the front of the property and is completely separated from the guest area by a secure fence with its own private entrance. This residence is not part of the guest rental, and guests will not need to access or pass through this area during their stay. Everything beyond the welcome sign and within the fenced Homestead grounds is available for guest use, except for designated animal enclosures and any areas marked as private. We kindly ask that guests respect all fenced and private areas to ensure everyone's privacy and safety.

Restricted Areas

For everyone's safety and privacy, the following areas are not accessible to guests unless specifically authorized:

Chicken enclosure and chicken house
Animal grazing areas that are fenced or marked as restricted
Private owner residence
Storage, maintenance, and utility areas
