Terrible experience A/C don't work in none of the bedrooms,Ended up sleeping all of us in the Living room that was the only room with A/C.At first we couldn't open the door after 30 minutes finally we were able to go in and last we couldn't lock the door We waited for the host in laws for another 40 minutes to get the house key. I asked the host for a discount and apparently it was a NO!!!

You never informed me the that AC wasn't working correctly. We will have that checked out. I was considering giving you a discount until we realized that your dog peed all over the house. So if anything you should be paying more for the clean up!
