The owners have made it possible to relax on a well-deserved vacation, as everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The fully air-conditioned villa accommodates 8 people.On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, WC, a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a very large living room with direct access to the outdoor area. On the second floor, which is connected by an interior staircase, there are 3 more bedrooms with private bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bar with a kitchen area and a balcony overlooking the sea and the pool.At your disposal in the attractive outdoor area are exclusive lounge furniture with an integrated cooling compartment, sun loungers, sun protection, a covered grill with a dining area, and an infinity pool with a sea view that can be heated on request. Still under construction and therefore not yet visible in the pictures is a gym, billiard table, and a mini soccer field.If you would like additional pool heating, it is charged at 150 euros per week.The residence is fully fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.Book Villa La Casaccia and experience a touch of luxury. Prima huis helaas info is niet correct

Het huis staat inmiddels ingebouwd door nieuwbouw die, in tegenstelling tot wat in de advertentie staat gewoon ook doorgaat in de zomermaanden. Elke dag behalve zondag begonnen de bouwvakkers op het naastgelegen terrein om 07.00 uur en werken daar de hele dag aan de nieuwbouw van een appartementencomplex. Dit houd in dat je de hele dag boren zagen, vrachtwagens die materiaal aan en afvoeren en een bouwkraan die de hele dag actief is naast het huis. Het uitzicht naar de zee is inmiddels ook grotendeels geblokkeerd door appartementen die recht voor het huis zijn gebouwd. Het huis zelf is prima, het is alleen heel jammer dat de info van de advertentie(foto's en advertentietekst) niet correct is. Communicatie met de eigenaar in Engels is onmogelijk en deze heeft ons zeker 4 dagen voor niets laten wachten omdat hij zogenaamd zou langskomen. Tot op heden wachten wij nog steeds op een eerlijke en redelijke compensatie voor de bouw-herrie waar wij 2 weken in hebben gezeten. Ik heb hier vele opnames van (helaas)

Sehr schönes Haus…

…grundsätzlich sehr schönes Haus und nette Vermieter.Leider wird aktuell viel in der Umgebung gebaut. Bedeutet untertags (etwas) Lärm und auch die Zufahrtstrasse ist etwas abenteuerlich. Zudem ist mittlerweile auch die Aussicht auf das Meer durch Neubauten eingeschränkt.Ausstattung ist gut. Darf man bei dem Preis aber auch erwarten. Lage ist gut. Man ist sehr rasch an schönen Stränden in der Umgebung, in Pula oder im Naturschutzgebiet.Beheizung des Pools hat extra gekostet, was mir nicht gefallen hat.In Summe aber sehr schöner Urlaub!
