If so, our holiday home “Strandoase,” located just about 200 metres from the picturesque Schönhagen Beach, is the perfect place for you. This comfortable, Danish-style holiday home offers 100 m² of space with everything you need to make your getaway with up to 6 people truly special. Entirely on one level, it features two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as a spacious living and dining area with an adjoining open, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for spending time together.

The house’s sauna and hot tub are integrated into the bathroom and are available for your exclusive use.

The large, partially covered terrace with a beach chair rounds out your all-around holiday experience and invites you to soak up the sun and simply unwind with a good book.
On the property and in the surrounding area—as is common in coastal and natural settings—wild animals such as rabbits or birds may be present. This is a natural part of the region.

Up to two dogs are warmly welcome here.

Families in particular love to come to our small, cosy Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen to enjoy their well-deserved holiday. Just about 200 metres from the “Strandoase” holiday home, is the approximately 1-kilometer-long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, which is patrolled by lifeguards (during the season). It connects seamlessly to Kappeln Beach in the north and transitions into an impressive cliffside in the south.
For our guests with dogs, there are designated dog-friendly beaches.

In the surrounding area, you’ll find plenty of recreational activities offering holiday experiences for all ages. For example, in the Schlei town of Kappeln, you can take a leisurely stroll and watch the sailboats from the harbour while enjoying a delicious fish sandwich. The kids might be in the mood for some action and would love to let off steam at the water ski park in Damp or at the Entdeckerbad water park while Mum and Dad pamper themselves in the spa area. The local horse farms look forward to welcoming visitors of all ages.

Our “Strandoase” holiday home is also the ideal starting point for day trips to places like Eckernförde, Flensburg, the Schlei town of Schleswig, or even Denmark.

The advance payment for utilities/security deposit of €250 is used to bill for electricity (€0.50/kWh), gas (€1.95/m³), and water (€8.00/m³). Any overpayment will be refunded.
