The smallest house in the historic Old Town near by the monk pond

Piccolo is located at the circular bicycle tour of the Müritz. 2 min. to the Touristinformation with waterfront public garden,10 min. to the marketplace. Monk pond with boardwalk (2min), port / promenade Müritz (10 min), various restaurants, entertainment and shops are within easy walking distance. Downstairs a comfortable kitchen with country-style dining table and a spacious bathroom (10 sqm) with tub. Through the spacious corridor you reach the green courtyard. The comfortable wooden staircase leads to the attic floor with windows facing the street and courtyard. There is the airy living room (20 sqm) with double bed and cosy loomchairs overlooking the windmill. Beside the little green courtyard (10 sq. meters) a 'Siestachamber' with a single bed (90x200) located in the former stable. Piccolo is lovely and authentic, designed partly with antiques and original design. Bike Rental (10 mins), bus (opposite) to Waren (train) and Neubrandenburg, bus with bicycle-transport in season.

Schnuckeliges kleines (!) Haus direkt in der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Man sollte erwähnen, dass eine sehr steile Treppe mit schmalen Stufen hoch ins Schlafzimmer führt!

Appartement correct et bien situé au calme.Par contre il y a un fort potentiel mais la location présente un défaut d'entretien : jardin pas entretenu, climatisation en panne, store cassé, piscine annoncée chauffée et qui ne l'est pas, transats en mauvais étatDommage car la location pourrait etre top

Sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit kompletter Ausstattung. Zwei Fahrräder können bequem im Flur abgestellt werden.Der Innenhof/Terasse ist jedoch ziemlich klein und kann nicht wirklich von 2 Personen als zusätzlicher Aufenthaltsort im Freien genutzt werden.

Ferien an der Müritz

Ich fand es gut wie aus den alten Häuser doch was schönes gemacht wurde. Somit gehörte das knarzen der Treppe auch dazu. Wir waren Zufrieden mit der Ausstattung und dem Aufenthalt.

Die Gegend war einfach toll. Wetter spielte auch mit, soweit alles gut.

Die Lage war mitten im Zentrum. Entsprechend war doch verkehrslärm wahrnehmbar. Die Unterkunft an sich war nur mittelmäßig. Schmutziges Geschirr in den schränken und ein völlig verschmutzter Geschirrspüler war nicht so schön. Dann leckte noch der wasserkocher, der wurde aber umgehend ersetzt.

Liebe Gäste, zur angebotenen Gästebegrüßung waren Sie leider nicht vor Ort. Per sms haben Sie mir mitgeteilt, dass der Wasserkocher defekt sei und haben am darauffolgenden Werktag ein neues Gerät erhalten. Bei der Funktionskontrolle stellte sich das monierte Gerät als voll intakt heraus. Wenn man allerdings die maximale Füllhöhe nicht beachtet, kocht er über und erzeugt eine kleine Pfütze. Nun habe ich ein Edelstahl-Ersatzgerät. Bei der vorherigen Endreinigung ist weder schmutziges Geschirr bei der Kontrolle der Vollständigkeit noch ein verschmutzter Geschirrspüler bei der Sichtkontrolle der Geräte aufgefallen. Sie haben mir dazu während Ihres Aufenthaltes erstaunlicher Weise nichts mitgeteilt. Allen Gästen stehen ausreichend Reinigungstabs, Reinigungssalz und Klarspüler für den Geschirrspüler zur Verfügung. Die Geräte werden in Abständen und zum Saisonbeginn mit Maschinenreiniger bzw. Entkalker gereinigt. Ein "völlig verschmutztes Gerät" oder ein "völlig verdreckter Ablauf" wären aufgefallen, da dann eine elektronische Meldung erfolgt und auch das Wasser nicht abgepumpt werden kann. Dies war offensichtlich aber nicht der Fall.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schönes gepflegtes und sauberes Häuschen. Schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Vormittags ist recht viel Verkehr. Geht aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern zu Straßenseite. Fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Auch der Ort ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt eine Menge wunderschön restaurierter Häuser. Perfekt für Radfahrer, Bootsfahrer und Angler. Zum Baden gibt es in Klink einen tollen Strand. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Objekt ist zwar klein (Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, aber überraschend gut ausgerüstet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Elektroherd, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank und sogar mit einer Spülmaschine. Die Vermieterin erwies sich als angenehme Gastgeberin, ide viele gute Tipps hatte und zusätzliche Fragen souverän beantwortet hat.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus

Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Ferienhaus. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr nett und mit guten Tipps und duftenden Blumen auf dem Tisch. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht (Backofen, Spülmaschine... sogar Gefrierschrank). Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und mit einer Badewanne versehen. Hier wäre allerdings ein Duschvorhang von Nutzen. Vom Küchenfenster aus, kann man dem unmittelbaren Treiben auf Strße und Gehweg zuschauen. Das Häusle liegt zentral. In ca. 5 Gehminuten erreicht man Hafen und Supermarkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Süßes kleines Haus in guter Lage

Gemütliches altes Häuschen, angenehme und nette Vermieterin, sehr zentral in Röbel (alles fußläufig machbar), manchmal etwas laut wegen der Straße (aber gute Fenster), kostenfreier Parkplatz 2min zu Fuß entfernt, funktionstüchtige Heizung, guter Wasserdruck und ausreichend heißes Wasser zum Duschen (die Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang hat allerdings oft zu kleineren Überschwemmungen im Bad geführt... ;-)), Fahrräder können im Flur abgestellt werden, für 2 Personen ideal

Praktisch, gut und zentral gelegen, zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten nach vorne hin aber auch etwas laut. (Das Siesta-Zimmer ist nur im Sommer zu nutzen, da ohne Heizung.)

Aufenthalt mit Charme

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Piccolo ist schnuckelig und für zwei Erwachsene im Grunde optimal. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend, engagiert und hilfsbereit mit (Geheim)Tipps. Röbel ist als Ausgangspunkt bzw. Stützpunkt mit Autofür so ziemlich alle Aktivitäten eine nette bunte kleine Stadt. Die Möglichkeit, beim freundlichen Nachbarn einen Parkplatz für 2€ / Tag zu mieten ist äußerst kostengünstig und empfehlenswert. Alles in allem jederzeit gerne wieder!! Die Gegend ist wunderschön und man kann viel erleben!
