Every essentials are available

The location is great. Beach, biderosa park for hiking and bigger cities are all within reach of 1hr driving or less. The area is big, the rooms have good proportions and all you need is there. Coming from Germany you have to be flexible to the living culture but that's not a problem because the weather is warm almost all the time.

Wir waren als Familie zu viert mit Hund eine Woche in „Villa Sa Mela“ Orosei. Wir wurden von den Besitzern herzlich empfangen. Die nähe zu den Stränden und Oasi Biderosa ist top! Wir können das Häuschen sehr empfehlen.

Einfach toll und unkompleziert

Pros: Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Rosanna und Salvatore zu Gast. Es hat uns wieder super gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich. Checkin und Checkout waren sehr flexibel. Am Abreisetag durften wir sogar bis 16 Uhr im Haus bleiben. Die Unterkunft selber war picobello sauber und für uns 4 Personen perfekt aufgeteilt. Unser Hund hat den riesigen abgezäunten Garten genossen. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Cons: -

Maison comme dans la description. Spacieuse et bien agencée . Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas internet, pratique pour les touristes étrangers. Apparemment la propriétaire va résoudre ce problème. Sinon nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Urlaub am Strand

Es war sehr schön. Es hat viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Es ist eine Doppelhaus Hälfte... Großer Garten. Beide Parteien voneinander getrennt mittels Zaun. Nur an Strand muss man mit dem Auto (ca 3-5min.), da die Straße keinen Gehweg hat und die Autos sehr schnell fahren.

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub

Wir haben im August 3 großartige Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Selten haben wir ein so sauberes Haus angetroffen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und unterstützend. Zum naheliegenden Strand haben wir nur 2 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht. Dort verbrachten wir sehr viele unserer Strandtage mit glasklarem Wasser. Auch die Strände im Naturpark Biderosa (Achtung: online-Reservierung erforderlich) und bei Orosei sind traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns von ganzem Herzen bei Rosanna und ihrem Mann für die tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus!

Immaginavo dalle foto che fosse carina ma invece mi sbagliavo è stupenda...casa spaziosa,fresca,con un giardino fantastico, curato,un portico che è la chicca della villetta per mangiare fuori. La casa dentro e fuori è pulitissima,curata nei dettagli per l'utilizzo e non manca nulla, davvero!! Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile... posizione della casa fantastica .. consigliatissima..

Natur pur

Wir nutzten das Ferienhaus mit unseren beiden Töchtern (0 und 5 Jahre) und unserem Hund für 3 Wochen. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Großer, umzäunter Garten in dem der Hund laufen, das ältere Kind Fahrrad fahren und die jüngste im Kinderwagen in den Schlaf geschoben werden konnte. Für die Außendusche wars leider noch zu kalt, aber sie war sehr verlockend. Die Kommunikation mit Rosanna war sehr unkompliziert und auch Checkin und Checkout waren sehr flexibel möglich. Für die Kleinste wurden uns auch Babybettchen und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist funktional und einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Dass man direkt den Biderosa-Park nebenan und richtig schöne Strände fußläufig erreichen kann, ist ein weiteres Highlight. Wir haben uns hier pudelwohl gefühlt.

Bon séjour

Merci pour l'hospitalité. Tout c'est bien passé au cours du séjours. La maison est proche de la mer 800m environ et des commerces 800 m environ. Nous avons bien été accueil par le propriétaire avec le sourire et la gentillesse malgré la barrière de la langue. Quelques petits pbs techniques très vite résolus par le propriétaire. Le jardin est grand et les enfants ont pu jouer. Merci pour le séjour. Je recommande.

Es ist eine große, sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit guten Betten und einer tollen Terrasse. In der Nebensaison sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 1,5 km entfernt, sonst etwas näher.

Nettes Haus, nur 5min zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls 5min entfernt. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen geräumig. Die Matratzen gehen grade so. Das Bad ist groß und sauber. Einzig die Küchenzeile ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Mi fa piacere che la Sig.ra Cristina con la famiglia siano stati a loro agio nella casa. Vorrei però far presente che gli utensili da cucina riportati nel sito sono tutti presenti, manca solo la saliera e la zuccheriera per una scelta di tipo igienico. Gli stracci e sopratutto i bidoni della spazzatura sono presenti. I bidoni sono presenti sia all'esterno della casa che all'interno. Me complace que la Sra. Cristina con su familia estuviera a gusto en la casa. Sin embargo, me gustaría señalar que los utensilios de cocina que se muestran en el sitio están todos presentes, solo faltan el salero y el azucarero para una elección higiénica. Los trapos y sobre todo los botes de basura están presentes. Los contenedores están presentes tanto en el exterior como en el interior de la casa.

Erholsamer Strandurlaub mit der Familie

Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt an dem für kleine Kinder bestens geeigneten Strand „Cala Ginepro“ im Umland von Orosei. Es steht auf einen sehr großen Grundstück und bietet mit Grill & Außendusche (leider sehr gut von Außerhalb einsehbar) einige Annehmlichkeiten. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung!

Sehr gute Lage, wenige Meter vom Meer mit traumhaften Stränden und nicht weit vom reizvollen Inselinneren. Äußerst freundliche und unaufdringliche Vermieter. Wohnung funktionell und schön eingerichtet. Wir bedanken uns bei Signora und Signore Mela für wunderschöne drei Urlaubswochen.

Very nice holiday house with a huge garden

We had a very nice stay in this beautifull holiday house. It has a huge garden with a barbeque and an outdoor shower. Like in the pictures the rooms are very nice equiped. Everthing was clean. Rosanna and Salvatore are great hosts. Next to the house you take a walk inside the Biderosa park and the sea is minutes by car.

Beautiful villetta vicino al mare e tanto verde

Io e mio marito abbiamo speso una decina di giorni in questa meravgliosa villetta, in pace assoluta, con un giardino enorme, con tutte le comodita’ possibili, proprietari di una gentilezza e di una disponibilita’ unica. Ci hanno accolto con due bottiglie di vino locale. Ovviamente ci vuole l auto per muoversi e visitare le magnifiche spieagge dei dintorni. Ma 2 minuti in auto hai gia’ , Cala Liberotto e Cala Ginepro poi le altre sono a soli 5-10-15 minuti di distanza. E tante opzioni di ristoranti, supermercati, bar/ gelateria ed anche affittare biciclette per dei magnifici tours tra montagna e mare. A 10/15minuti a piedi il tutto. Veramente non mancava niente. Ringraziamo di cuore ai proprietari Rosanna e Salvatore x la loro gentilezza e ospitalita’. Se ritorneremo a Cala Ginepro sapremo gia’ che questa villetta sara’ perfetta per noi per un altro soggiorno in pace e traquillita’! Grazie infinite. Marco e Juan
