This beautiful villa is located in Istria, in the small town of Nedescina, where you can relax and enjoy the unspoiled nature in peace. On the first floor there is a wellness area, which will delight all those who want a luxurious relaxation in the jacuzzi or relax in the sauna. A special atmosphere is provided by the ceiling in the wellness area, which is illuminated in such a way that it resembles the firmament, so you will feel like relaxing somewhere under the stars. But not only the feel-good atmosphere, with quality furnishings, design and comfort will delight you, but also the beautiful garden with swimming pool, sun corner and many amenities. The children can use the playground, including slide, swings and climbing frame. A special feature of the villa is the tennis court with artificial grass and floodlights and offers a great opportunity for active vacationers.

You will spend most of your days here hiking and sightseeing, cycling and exploring nature or visiting the sea. The villa is located in close proximity to Labin, a town with rich history and cultural heritage, now known as a city of artists and galleries. Also, close to the beautiful town of Rabac.
