Michael's Nest Vienna

Our Mediterranean-style single-family home is located in a low-traffic zone between Schönbrunn Palace Park and the Wienerberg recreational area—which features golf and tennis courts—about 10 minutes and 7 minutes, respectively, from the Bahnhof Meidling subway station, from which you can reach the city centre in 12–15 minutes. Our private car park is located about 10 minutes from the house and is gladly made available to guests during their stay.
The accommodation
Our house offers a total of 180 m² of living space spread across three floors. There is a large terrace with a lounge area and a saltwater pool (June–September). The garden, featuring seating areas and numerous fruit trees, is also available to our guests.

Upon entering the house, you’ll find a large, cosy living room with seating, a TV, books, and board games. Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar that extends into the living room. From here, you can access the open-concept dining room and, beyond that, the garden and the terrace.

On the upper floor of the house are two bedrooms with air conditioning, a TV, a closet, and access to the balcony, each with an adjoining bathroom. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a double sink, a bathtub, and a toilet. The other has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. For bookings of up to 4 people, the two bedrooms described above, including their bathrooms, will be prepared on the upper floor.

The lower level of the house features additional bedrooms and bathrooms. Upon entering the lower level, you’ll find the entryway and one of the two bathrooms, which includes a shower and toilet. From the entryway, you enter the large bedroom. It features a double bed and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed (1.4 m). This bedroom also includes seating, a TV, and closets.
From here, as well as via an entrance in the garden, you can access the fourth bedroom. This separately accessible bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a fireplace, a TV, a closet, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Depending on the number of guests, we will provide the appropriate number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Please always let us know directly at the time of booking how many bedrooms you’ll need.

For bookings of 5–6 people, we provide a third bedroom; for 7–8 people, a fourth bedroom; and for 9–10 people, the sleeper sofa in the entryway of the lower level (in this case, two bedrooms must share one bathroom).

The standard occupancy for the house is four people (upper floor and ground floor). If, for example, you’re booking for up to 4 people and would like a third bedroom, please let us know in advance, as different rates may apply depending on the season, the number of guests, and the number of sleeping arrangements requested. If you’re travelling alone or as a couple, please also contact us.
Guest Access
Guests have access to all areas of the house, including the garden, terrace, pool, and balcony. Bedrooms and bathrooms are provided based on the number of guests. Any bedrooms that are not booked will remain locked.
