The neighborhood had everything we needed. Grocery, fish and chips, coffee shop, pub. 2 train lines, bus got us anywhere we wanted using a couple national rail trains.
The hosts were wonderful. They were kind and helpful and met us in-person for check-in. The apartment is beautiful and in great condition. It was extremely clean. There is garage parking across the street for a fee, which was very convenient. There is a tram stop right outside the building. We felt safe in this location and were able to walk to cafes, shops and Schönbrunn Castle. There are technically two bathrooms, but the toilet is in one and shower/sink/washer in another. It was nice to be able to use both at once, but we had never seen that setup before and we’re expecting two full bathrooms.

Thank you for your kind rating and I am happy you felt well at our apartment. That is very common in Austria that we have a separate toilet and and a bathroom without the toilet. Additionally it is an old building. In the past those apartments had no bathrooms at all or they were integrated in the kitchen.
While the location is close to Schonbrunn Palace, it is a little ways away from everything else, thankfully there is a tram that stops right in front of the place that does take you to the West Banhof, which then you can get anywhere, but it does take about 30-45 minutes to get to other places. The apartment is comfy, as it has two beds, a living room (with a convertible bed/couch), nice kitchen, etc. There is no AC, so a fan would be nice, but we made due since we were basically only there to sleep between being out in Vienna. One difficulty was if two people were using the big bed, there is not a lot of room to get to the other side of the bed, not sure if it would be better if the bed was turned, or maybe rearrange some rooms, I'm not sure what the answer is... but the bed was comfy. The host was super responsive and I appreciated their communication. The apartment was also super clean, which was also greatly appreciated.

Ok place to stay, but no A/C!
My family stayed at this apartment for 3 nights. The apartment is spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There is a kitchen that is adequately stocked. These are all of the positive things that I can say about the apartment. The apartment is not in the best neighborhood, the shower is small (Even by European standards!). There is a washing machine, but no dryer. However, the biggest negative is there is no A/C! No fans, no window units, nothing! We had to open all of the windows just to circulate air. We were able to get the place to a comfortable temperature by 1 or 2 in the morning. This made the entire stay rather miserable. I’m sure if it was winter time, this would not have been an issue, but in the middle of June, it is an issue. If we are in Vienna again in June, we will definitely be staying at a hotel, or a place that has A/C!

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you did not feel well at our apartment. The bathroom is actually standard for Austria and it is even big for those old buildings. Maybe coming from the US where you have a lot of space it is small.
I am also surprised that you found it to be hot in the apartment in June where it was not that hot and very rain. A/Cs are not that common in Austria and need a special allowence from all the owners of the apartments in the building and the authorities. So that is why you will not find them a lot in many buildings.
Alles in Allem top.
