Outdoor Living: Relax on the patio with outdoor dining, or gather around the private firepit for evening s'mores under the stars.
Easy Lake Access: Bring your boat or water toys! A public access dock is conveniently located right near the entrance to the lake for seamless launching.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Full-access kitchen stocked with all the amenities you need for home-cooked meals.
Living & Dining: A bright, comfortable, and cozy layout designed to help you unplug.
Flexible Sleeping: A restful primary bedroom with a Queen bed, and a second bedroom with a full size bunk on the bottom and a twin on top. We also have another twin mattress under the bunk beds that can be pulled out.

Wonderful little house. Actually not that little! You could put an air mattress in the living room easily. Everything was top-notch. Super clean, super quiet, very pretty area. Excellent communication with hosts. Very well stocked with everything you could need, and lots of little extras like sandwich bags and coffee! Lots of thoughtful little touches like a phone plug in the kitchen. Nice cozy electric fireplace in the living room. I could easily stay here for a month. Hope to return next summer. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

We live on 120acres in a tiny town in Minnesota. We enjoy hosting for family and friends where you will find us doing an array of things like riding our ATVs, fishing and ice fishing, hunting and conversations around a big bonfire. We would be honored to have you as our next guests at the Lake Haus!

Why they chose this property

The Lake Haus on Elm Island Lake is a well known fishing lake connected to Ripple River which is connected to 3 additional lakes. The property is serene and quiet where you find the occasional fox or two running across the yard into the woods. When you get on the lake it quickly becomes a wide and beautiful expanse of water for a fisherman's dream or the watersport's enthusiasts.

What makes this property unique

The is a cabin experience with a large lot on almost a full acre. This stands out and makes our property unique due to offering "out in the country" experience, on a lake, with the occasional wildlife, all within a short drive to the nearest town just 10 minutes away!
