Day trips to the region—to Lake Walen and Zurich—are easy to take. +Underground parking space +Shared sauna in the building.<br><br>The accommodation<br>The brand-newly renovated 4-room apartment (3 bedrooms) is located on the ground floor of the building and offers plenty of space with 90 square metres of living area. The apartment is cosy and colourfully decorated. Immediately upon entering, you’ll find yourself in the open, eye-catching kitchen. From there, you can access the bright living room, which is furnished with a large dining table, a china cabinet, a sofa, and a TV. The living room opens onto the large balcony.<br><br>The outdoor seating area invites you to sit comfortably outside in the summer and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. Next to the entrance is the large bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower/tub combination. A washing machine and dryer are also located in the same room. The first bedroom features a large closet and a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom, suitable for children, is equipped with a bunk bed for two people and a desk. The third bedroom has a wardrobe and a bunk bed that sleeps two more people. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi and is well-suited for working from home.<br><br>The visitor’s tax is not included in the price. For adults, it is 2.4 francs per night. Children up to age 15 are exempt.
