This is the third time we have stayed at Grand Caribbean West, and I will continue to book with this location due to meeting my expectations and going above and beyond to resolve any issues! They are the best! The premises, pool and hot tub are immaculate, this condo had everything we needed and then some, everything was very clean, comfortable and relaxing to make our last minute vaca the BEST it could be! Even though we were not right on the beach, this location is perfect for access to the ocean as well as enjoying the sights and sounds from the balcony! We just love it here and will return!! Good job Grand Caribbean West and GrandWelcome!!! We will return soon!!
