Moin, here you are right. Start your vacation in the tranquil village of Carolinensiel. Gastrogenuss with events, swimming pool, shopping or shopping are always possible. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac a few meters from the tourist hustle and bustle. The balcony offers a fantastic view as far as the eye can see. The apartment was renovated in 2023 with attention to detail modern. Everything is available for daily needs, including free wifi. You can park your car in the garage. The beach incl. gastronomy and mini golf is about 2km away. You can reach it by electric train, paddle steamer, bicycle or just by walking. The city of Wittmund charges a guest fee. You will receive the guest cards in advance by mail.
Also included in the price are final cleaning costs.

Saubere FeWo, gute Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, auch vor Ort hat das Einchecken reibungslos geklappt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem zentral für Einkäufe oder Bäcker erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schön, aber recht spartanisch ausgestattet. Es gibt nur Elektro-Heizkörper, was zeitweise dazu führt, dass es an kühleren Tagen ziemlich frisch ist. Geschirr und Besteck sind abgezählt

Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Die beiden Infrarot Heizungen haben je 1200 Watt und wärmen die Wohnung zügig auf. Allerdings hat das Thermostat die Zeit-Programmierung nicht übernommen, so dass zeitweise die Temperatur an dem Wochenende abgesenkt wurde. Der Fehler ist korrigiert. Anzahl Besteck prüfe ich gerne und stocke bei Bedarf auf. Danke für die Hinweise.

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur schön und ich kann sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach und unkompliziert!
