On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a quiet position in the residential district, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 4.5 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Porto Istana" 5.6 km. Nearby attractions: Olbia 14 km, Località Murta Maria 3.3 km, San Teodoro 18 km, Porto Taverna 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
