Die FeWo liegt günstig im Ort und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider ist sie nicht barrierefrei, was im Exposé nicht erwähnt wird. Der Freisitz läd nicht zum Verweilen ein.

Schöne Wohnung, aber...
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und die Lage ist eigentlich gut, nahe der Fußgängerzone.
Aber die "Terrasse " ist ein hässlicher Hinterhof mit Kies und ganz viel Unkraut und ohne direkten Zugang von der Wohnung. Also aus der Haustür raus,zwei Stufen runter,vorbei an den Mülltonnen und von einem Holz- und Drahtzaun umgeben mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.Hier mochten wir nicht sitzen.
Außerdem ist die Dusche mit 15 cm Einstieg auf einem 30 cm hohen Podest gelegen. Für meine 80 jährige Mutter unüberwindbar. Sie konnte also eine Woche lang nicht duschen.
Dies alles ging weder aus dem Inserat noch aus den Bildern hervor,denn sonst hätte ich diese Wohnung nicht gebucht.

Die Fewo liegt sehr zentral, die Umgebung ist nicht so schön, von der Küche und vom ess Platz schaut man auf eine Wand.
Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Durch die Fußgängerzone ist man in 5 Minuten am Hafen.
Durchaus empfehlenswert, wir waren 2 Freundinnen die nur ihr Frühstück selbst zuzubereiten haben und am Abend die gute Gastronomie genossen haben.
