The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the Ucka and Cicarija mountain ranges to the east and the medieval towns of Motovun or Gronjan to the west. Nearby is also Hum, "the smallest town in the world", which has two streets and about 20 inhabitants, but is always a pleasure to visit.
