Amazing home in Krsan
Villa Skavre is a magical place where joy, relaxation and happiness are guaranteed. It is situated on hills, near the Kvarner coast, with a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape. The owners have a small deer farm near the villa, which will be a wonderful experience for every guest. You can swim in the pool and enjoy the view of the free-roaming animals. A real stress reliever for any nature lover! The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with double beds, 3 bathrooms and an elegant and modern living area with 3 fully equipped kitchens and a cosy living room. Here you will find an additional sleeping area - a comfortable sofa bed, sufficient for 2 people. And if one part of your group needs some peace and quiet while the other wants to spend a long night tasting Croatian specialities - the owner has even taken care of that little detail. Right next to the main house is a smaller house consisting of an entertainment room with pizza oven and WC.
Outside you have a 50 m2 pool, an outdoor kitchen and a car park for up to 6 cars.Villa Skavre is located in the beautiful countryside on the flanks of the majestic Ucka Nature Park. If cycling and hiking in the mountains is your thing, then there is some spectacular scenery to discover. If you enjoy cycling and hiking, the magnificent mountains are waiting for you. The more adventurous will find some of the most popular free climbing and paragliding spots in Croatia. The villa is ideal for nature lovers, as its surroundings provide a perfect backdrop for those who prefer to relax in nature. The first beaches are only a 20-minute drive from the villa, as are the beautiful coastal towns of Labin and Rabac. Opatija - the pearl of the Adriatic, where kings and tsars spent their summer months - is also just a short drive away.
