Talk about Location!! Minute to Main is exactly that, a minute long walk to Main Street in the heart of ALL Blowing Rock has to offer! Minute to Main is tucked behind some of the best restaurants and shopping Blowing Rock has to offer! Park your car and enjoy being truly within walking distance to everything!

Minute to Main is a three bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the stuff needed to whip up a quick snack before heading out to enjoy shopping, hiking, lunch, dinner etc. The main floor has a well appointed living room with seating for 6 as well as a large bathroom and shower just to the left. Through the hallway, you enter the kitchen where there is seating for 6 at the dining table. The washer and dryer is also located behind the closet doors in the kitchen. Walk up the stairs and you'll find the primary bedroom directly to your right with a queen bed and private ensuite. You pass the half bathroom in the hall on the way to the middle bedroom with a double bed. The end of the hallway opens to a large bedroom with two twin beds and a door to the private balcony. Parking for 2-3 cars. A/C via mini-splits. Internet w/ WiFi on site. NO Pets!

This is a quaint, older home with character that is so conveniently located in downtown Blowing Rock....everything is within 3 blocks of this house! The house was clean, comfortable and had all necessities. The 2 porches were great for sitting and drinking cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or sipping a glass of wine while listening to the local music from the brewery nearby and watching fireworks. Communication with the owner was perfect and there were no problems that had to be solved. If you want to park your car and stroll around Blowing Rock for your visit, this is a great place. (There's no stress in finding a parking place.) It is even convenient to the Glen Burney Falls trail behind the park. I recommend this house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a nice kitchen and living room and the 2 porches!
