In summer, our apartment is a superb starting point for your hikes, swimming in Lake Zell, or golfing at the Zell am See Golf Club.The apartment on the 2nd floor is generously sized and offers 80 square meters of space for 1 to 8 people. The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with a comfortable double bed, accommodating 2 people in each. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch that can accommodate an additional 2 people. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. We stayed in the top apartment. We were pleased with the house despite some heating issues early on. The management company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Once the radiator was working, the house heat up very well. The beds are comfortable and the decor nicely updated, clean and nice. It was a comfortable stay and enough room for our group. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms in the main apartment with a separate room and bathroom just outside the main door. This location was very convenient to the beginner lifts. Easily walkable to ski area, local grocery and restaurant, and train/bus. It's also an easy local train ride to "the village" of Zell Am. This apartment is in the residential part of Zell Am.

Die Wohnung ist kompakt und jeder Winkel ausgenutzt. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Ein paar Sachen sollten ausgetauscht bzw. renoviert werden.
