A lovely spacious 2-bed apartment on beautiful El Presidente Urbanisation,

Welcome to Casa Cumiasca - a very comfortable and spacious apartment on the beautiful El Presidente Urbanisation. It has an Entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en Suite), Kitchen, Utility room, Living room, a large L-shaped terrace, and a small Courtyard Garden with Terrace. Accessed from the ground floor and a path to a covered entrance to the front door with flower troughs and lamps and a decorative Wrought iron outer door (a Reja) for safety. This is a uniquely situated apartment with ground floor access - just one small step - but elevated when inside. It's a very light and airy apartment, although the sun doesn't get to the windows, and, the Terrace is covered. I love sitting on the sofa in the morning sun with my breakfast, or, lying on the Chaise Longue sith a good book. Accommodation includes, a fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and a Butler Sink, All bathrooms are fully fitted with Bath/Shower, Glass Shower Screens, Bidet, Toilet and Wash Basin with large mirror. The living room has two 3 seat sofas, a coffee table, dining table with 6 metal chairs and a large metal wine rack. A decorative mirror, two paintings and a tapestry of Stow-on-the-Wold decorate the walls. Double patio doors open onto the large L-shaped terrace with a big corner sofa, large round glass dining table, a Teak dining table and chairs, a bench seat and a black kettle-style barbecue. The Kitchen has white cabinets with silver coloured handles -equipment: A Kettle, Toaster, Microwave with grill and Air Fryer facilities, Blender, Coffee Machine, Grey Glass Induction Hob, Set of 3 Copper coloured Italian Coffee Makers, Stainless Steel and Glass Cooker Hood, Grey and stainless steel Oven, Stainless Steel effect Dishwasher, white Fridge/Freezer, Stainless Steel Sink with Counter, Terracotta Floor tiles. and two Wood and Steel tall stools! Door to Utility Room with Washing Machine, Butler Sink, Boiler, Air Conditioning Unit and two Shelf Units. housing an Iron (cordless) and Ironing Board, AIr Fryer, Toasted Sandwich Maker, cleaning equipment and Vacuum Cleaner, Dustpan and Brush, Broom And Dust Pan. Waste and Recycling Bins. To the right of the hallway, slightly to the left, there is the Guest bathroom with blue and Stainless Steel fittings, Navy blue towels. The main Bedroom has a Double bed, Silver Wrought iron headboard, bedside cabinets with lamps, a fully stocked bookcase, 5 low rise drawer units and a built in wardrobe with hanging space, plenty of hangers and a drawer unit. Large window with shutters to Juliet balcony and Sill housing a pot and plant, protected by a Reja. En suite bathroom with black fittings and white Towels, Bath with Shower, Glass Shower Screen, Bidet, Toilet and large sink with big mirror set in marble and power socket. Back to hallway and door to second bedroom. En Suite with Cream and Stainless Steel fittings, green towels and accessories, bath/shower, glass Shower Screen, large sink with big mirror and power point. Twin beds with white rattan Furniture, decorative lamps, large glass dressing table with large "leaf" mirror over, .door to the Courtyard garden, protected by a Reja. Enclosed Courtyard garden with tiled floor, ornamental 'pond" with white pebble base, flower trough, two copper coloured flamingos, gate to one of our 5 pools. It's less than a 10 second walk. There are 5 pools, Padel and Tennis Courts and it's less than 10 minutes to the beach! Our urbanisation is very well cared for with lovely flower. troughs and foliage and fountainsl it's a beautiful.place to be. There are numerous Bars and Restaurants within easy walking distance including a small centre with an Aldi Supermarket, an Ice Cream Parlour that also sells Drinks, imcluding coffee and Cakes, and a Pizzeria. A laundrette, Chemist, Indian Restaurant, Sushi/Pizza Taxi Service and a Gastro Bar within 15 minutes walk.. If you don't want to hire a car, there are bus stops within 20 minutes walk - to San Pedro,Puerto Banus, Marbella,Fuengirola and Malaga in one direction, and, to Estepona Town, Casares, Sabinillas, Puerto de la Duquesa,Algeciras, and, even Gibraltar.. If you like walking, there is a new boardwalk that goes all the way to Estepona and beyond, that affords plenty of "watering holes" along the way! If you have a car, we are centrally located, only 10 minutes drive to Benahavis, or San Pedro de Alcantara and 15 minutes to Puerto Banus, 20 minutes to Marbella. You can relax by the pool or the sea, or, take advantage of the many opportunities to exercise, go on excursions, or sample the varied Cuisines on offer.
