About this property

The villa consists of two old terraced houses that were completely renovated in 2008. They are located in the village of Dra?evac, 9 km from Pore? and the sea.
The house is an ideal property for two or three families with children who are looking for a cozy house in a quiet location, yet only 10 minutes drive from the beaches and Pore? The house offers its guests an enclosed courtyard with garden, outdoor pool and seating area.
The owner of the house does not live on the property.

Completely renovated old terraced house for 10 people with a living space of 200 square meters on two floors. The house consists of two air-conditioned accommodation units, each with a living room with dining area and kitchen on the second floor and a double and a triple room and shower/WC on the second floor (attic). The double rooms have a terrace with a view of the pool. On the first floor of the house there is an air-conditioned tavern (konoba) with a large barbecue fireplace, equipped kitchen with a large table for 10 people, separate WC.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Karolina.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Karolina. Die zwei Häuser haben separate Eingänge und können getrennt voneinander genutzt werden, was für mehrere Familien grundsätzlich super ist. Im EG des rechten Hauses zur Terrasse befindet sich eine große Küche mit Esszimmer, die wir eigentlich den ganzen Urlaub zusammen genutzt haben und nur zum Schlafen und duschen in unsere „eigenen“ Bereiche gegangen sind. Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und frische Handtücher so wie Bettwäsche nach einer Woche Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kulant. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
