Casa Rafael is a family house near Novigrad, a small charming tourist town on the west coast of Istria with nice beaches and a variety of sports and gastro offer.

The large amusement park Istralandia is only 5 km from the house. On its own enclosed property Casa Rafael offers two apartments, each with its own entrance, shared swimming pool of 40 sqm and a dining table for outdoor dining. Each apartment has a parking space.

Apartment Rafael 2 for 4 guests with 50 sqm consists of an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen.

We zijn hartelijk ontvangen. Het appartement was keurig schoongemaakt en lekker koel. Het rook fris en alles klopte. Het kwam overeen met de plaatjes van de website. Doordat de muren van de 2 appartementen niet aan elkaar grenzen, hebben we ook geen last gehad van geluidsoverlast. Ook de verdere communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep heel soepel. Ze spreekt ook Nederlands wat voor ons wel fijn was. De ligging is rustig, maar je bent zo bij o.a. het strand, supermarkt en belangrijke uitvalswegen. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Wir kommen gerne wieder… Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, super Ausstattung und alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Der Garten mit Pool ist von der Wohnung direkt begehbar und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
