Es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Am Einzugstag sind wir nett empfangen und eingewiesen worden. Das Hausboot ist funktionell und gut ausgestattet - gemütliche Couch, mit vielen Details - von Wohndecke, Kerzen etc. Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl. Die Terrasse mit Stühlen und einem Tisch, sowie einem Strandkorb und dieser Aussicht auf den See, zu jeder Tageszeit, bei jedem Licht und Wetter war einfach super schön. Nicht zu vergessen, die abendlich/ nächtliche Geräuschkulisse und das "Spiel" der Fische mit den Mücken, wenn der See ganz ruhig geworden ist. Es war superschön, entspannt, entschleunigend.

1. mit der Stadt Xanten vereinbaren, dass der Rasen vor den Booten während der Ferienzeit nicht um 6.30 Uhr gemäht wird. 2. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn Spinnennetze zwischen dem Wechsel der Urlauber auch von außen entfernt würden. 3. Fliegengitter hing an einer Flügeltüre runter, so dass wir nur eine Seite öffnen konnten. 4. Wir waren mit einem 4-jährigen Kind dort und waren verwundert über die raushängende und mit Klebeband befestigte Steckdose auf der Terrasse.
