The location of the house offers to the guests a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. The nearest (wild) beach is a 15-minute walk away and is suitable for adults only. There is a child-friendly beach in the village Ravni, ca. 3 km away. Guests have a 28 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers and seating set at their disposal.



Villa Luce has a surface of 200 sqm. The accommodation unit is on the first floor and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom in the hallway. On the ground floor of the house is an enclosed summer kitchen, a bathroom and a fitness room. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
