Villa Luce with a view of the Kvarner Bay lies in the village Drenje and is only 1 km from the sea.

The location of the house offers to the guests a wonderful view of the sea and the islands. The nearest (wild) beach is a 15-minute walk away and is suitable for adults only. There is a child-friendly beach in the village Ravni, ca. 3 km away. Guests have a 28 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers and seating set at their disposal.



Villa Luce has a surface of 200 sqm. The accommodation unit is on the first floor and consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom ensuite, one bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom in the hallway. On the ground floor of the house is an enclosed summer kitchen, a bathroom and a fitness room. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa. Alles modern und super sauber und slles da was man braucht. Das Rundumpanorama ist unbeschreiblich schön. Toll auch der Pool und die untere Ebene mit Sommerküche, Fitness, Billard und Darts. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier richtig. Wandern, Mountainbiken, Trailrunning direkt vom Haus aus. Für Strand und Supermarkt braucht man besser ein Auto. Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und elegant eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der glasklare Pool wird zwei Mal wöchentlich professionell serviert. Der Hit ist aber der Panoramablick (nicht ein einfacher Meerblick) auf die Kvarner-Bucht! Check-In und Check-Out bestens, ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen!

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschoner Villa! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuhlt und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Meerblick traumhaft, das Haus neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten zum Glück perfekt,angenehm nicht zu weich nicht zu hart. Herzlichen Dank!
