On well-maintained property, the house offers a pool with luminous tiles that give a special effect at night. The house is situated next to a forest and has a beautiful panoramic view of the green valley. At the exit of the living room there is a covered balcony with seating area and sun deck along the whole balcony (8x3 m). Guests have at their disposal sun loungers, outdoor shower, canopy with barbecue and dining table, children's playground, garage for two vehicles and several parking spaces. The town Labin is only a 5-minute walk away and the tourist town Rabac with various leisure and gastronomic offer, as well as beautiful beaches only 5 km from the house.

Holiday house for 6 guests is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, seating sofa and large glass windows overlooking the pool, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony with seating set. On this floor there is also a playroom for smaller children. The house is fully air-conditioned and heated. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

We hebben 2 fantastische weken gehad in Villa Amelia in Labin (Presika). Vooraf werden we door de hosts Anamaria en Nenad al benaderd en geinformeerd over de beste route. Bij aankomst was het huis super schoon en alle benodigde voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Het huis is zeer modern en ruim opgezet. De tuin heeft een heerlijke indeling met een groot (zon)terras wat deels overdekt is (kan zijn), een heerlijk zwembad en een grote speelweide met speeltoestel voor de kinderen. Elke avond gaat de zon onder boven de bergen en heb je een meer dan perfect uitzicht op dit verschijnsel. Het gezellige centrum van Labin (Old Town) is op loopafstand met voldoende gezellige restaurants, straatjes, winkels en terrassen. Op 5 minuten met de auto ben je bij minimaal 3 grote supermarkten om de rest van de dag te vullen met eten en drinken. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad van 2 weken met 3 kleine kinderen (2-5-6) en zouden we dit iedereen aanraden.

Villa Amelia was our home for a week this June and it couldn't have been much better.

Villa Amelia was our home for a week this June and it couldn't have been much better. The villa is in a very calm and quiet environment and kinda easy to reach. The accommodation looks even better than in the pictures. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. Great restaurants are easily accessible on foot or with a short bike or car ride. The hosts, Anamaria and Nenad, provided us with great advice in advance and warmly welcomed us. They were always accessible and also gave us some tips for all activities on-site. We would visit the villa again at any time and want to extend a huge thank you to the amazing hosts.

We were delighted with Villa Amelia.

We were delighted with Villa Amelia. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The villa was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We made use of the BBQ and swimming pool and enjoyed relaxing in the garden. We were met by the owners who were friendly and helpful. During our stay they responded promptly to any queries we had. The villa is located a short walk from the pretty old town of Labin. We enjoyed looking around the museum and had a delicious pizza at Pizzeria Rumore. We would recommend using Valfresco food delivery service. All the food we ordered was tasty and the portions were generous. The villa was perfect for us and we would not hesitate in recommending it. If we are in this part of Croatia in the future we would love to stay at Villa Amelia again.
